FAQ
Thanks for reaching out! Here are some of my most frequently asked questions. If you have a question that's not answered here, please reach out to [email protected] or 503-622-9140.
Are you accepting new clients?
Not at this time. I have a waitlist for new clients.
How can I be added to your waitlist?
Reach out by email, text, or phone to let me know you'd like to be added. I'll send you an online consult form to fill out which makes sure all our logistics line up, and then you'll be on the list!
What is a consult? Do I need one?
A consult is 15-20 minute phone or video conversation that provide both of us with the opportunity to see if working together would be a good fit. A consult is necessary for being added to the waitlist to help maximize the chances of working successfully together after waiting for your first appointment.
Do you offer in-person sessions? What about virtual sessions?
Both! Whichever setting works best for you. We can also switch it up to work around your schedule.
What insurances do you accept?
I am in network with PacificSource, First Choice, Aetna, Meritian, Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Bridgespan, Providence, United Healthcare, and Optum. If you have different insurance coverage we can also discuss billing out of network.
What hours are you available?
My hours are:
Mondays 11:00am - 4:00pm
Tuesdays 10:00am - 5:00pm
Fridays 10:00am - 5:00pm
What types of clients can you see?
I am licensed and able to work with individual adults over 18 years of age in Washington and Oregon. I am not able to work with minors or couples.
Do I need to be masked for an appointment?
If we meet in person, masks are requested. Healthcare settings still fall under a mask mandate in WA. Please let me know ahead of time if you have a health condition that makes it difficult or impossible to wear a mask and would like to still meet in person and we can find a solution.
