ABOUT ME
I’ve been a therapist since 2008, and have been excited to expand my skills and service to my own practice in 2014. My years as a therapist have taught me the power in truly listening as well as the value in holding space and presence for people through their darkest moments.
Counseling is something I've been drawn to from an early age, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to spend time connecting with people and helping them discover their path to light and healing. In my free time you'll find me riding my motorcycle, baking, and connecting with friends. I'm a native of the Pacific Northwest and live here with my husband, 2 sons, dog, and cat. I’m a licensed counselor in both Oregon and Washington, and received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in 2008. My past experience has been working with people in a community mental health setting as they navigate such challenges as depression, anxiety, hearing voices, current or past traumas, and people whose lives have been touched by addiction. |
