What to Expect
Before your first appointment, we’ll schedule a virtual consultation to start getting to know each other and to determine if working together is a good fit. I’ll also ask you to fill out some intake forms online including questions about your symptoms, demographics, and payment info.
During your first appointment, we'll review what's bringing you to counseling and your goals for our work together. Please feel free to ask questions or give input at any time. I see us as equal partners in the therapeutic relationship, and always want to honor any discomfort or uncertainty you may be having during our work together.
Sessions typically run for 55 minutes. My rate is $175, and I offer a cash pay discount at $150. I also offer a sliding scale, and we can discuss payment options during our initial consult.

If you’re insured with a different company and would still like to bill your insurance, we can talk about options such as billing as an out of network provider. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions about fees or insurance billing! My hope is always to find a solution that will work with your financial situation.
